At www.joviride.com we offer you a carefully designed website through which you can easily book your car online on a rental basis by subscribing to our packages. It is a self-driving car concept. So you don't need to wait for a taxi or make long phone calls to finalize your travel plans through an agency. This system offers you driving comfort while maintaining your privacy. We also offer you the option of complete online support throughout your journey to make your trip stress-free.
The driver must be 25 years old to rent a car. If you are between 21 and 25 years old, you can contact us.

Every driver must present a valid driver's license. If the driving license is not in German, an international driving license must be presented. You must present photo identification - passport or driver's license.
Every booking order you place with us is subject to acceptance by us. If you place your order online, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received the order. You must check the details in the booking confirmation email and contact us immediately if any of the details are incorrect. Booking can be made online via our website or by telephone. A driving license is required to rent a car. However, in the UK we can check with the DVLA for you for a fee. You must have a valid photo ID, e.g. B. a passport or an identity card.
We always strive to make our services flexible for our customers. We understand that there may be a delay in returning the car. If you are running late or need an extension of time, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid a late fee.
The minimum rental period is one (1) day, where one (1) day is interpreted as a period of twenty-four (24) hours. Vehicle pickup and drop-off is included in this “24-hour period.” Additionally, rentals of less than twenty-four (24) hours will be charged a full daily rate. The vehicle will be available Monday to Sunday from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. We accept bookings for a maximum rental period of twelve (12) months.
In the event of an accident, contact the local police department and obtain the police report for this event. The customer must take a photo of the damaged vehicle from different angles and submit it to us.
If damage to the vehicle occurs during the rental period, please contact our customer service, which is available around the clock. Our customer contact number is 0800888882. If our agent or representative finds any damage when inspecting the vehicle after the rental agreement has ended and your departure, we will send you the following documents:
- Statement of return of the vehicle with a description of any damage found;
- pictures of damage;
- An estimate of the repair costs, which vary depending on the type of damage, as well as an administration fee for dealing with the damage and immobilizing the vehicle.
If you would like to dispute the discovered damage or the repair costs, you should contact us by email or letter within 14 days of sending the documents. After these 14 days, we may invoice you for the repair costs and the administration fee.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate insurance and the necessary travel documents for your trip. This includes, among other things, your passport/national ID card, visas and medical documents (e.g. proof of vaccination).
We have our reserved parking space in front of our office where the customer can park their vehicle.
No, this option is not available to our customers.
During your booking and at “check-out” you will be informed that you will be required to pay a deposit in addition to the rental price. The deposit will be deposited on your credit card in the form of an electronic pre-authorization.
You have two options to pay your rental price:
- “Book and pay now” – Online Booking: Prepayment (Payment at time of booking): If you choose “Prepaid Rate(s)” online, payment of the full estimated rental amount is required at the time of booking.
- “Book and pay at the counter” – Payment at the counter: You can choose to pay your rental price directly at the counter.
Additional fees may be added to your base rental price:
- Additional driver fee: If more than one driver is associated with a rental, the second or subsequent driver is referred to as an additional driver. A fee may be charged for any or all additional drivers.
- Premium location/airport/rail service fee: An additional fee charged at certain downtown locations, airports or train stations;
- Additional equipment: For special equipment used in the car;
- Service outside of business hours: If you pick up or return the car outside of normal business hours.
